Yenching Academy Fellowship in China 2025 | Fully Funded scholarship

Graduates from all around the world are invited to apply for the fully-funded Yenching Academy Scholarship 2025 in China to pursue their master's degree. Candidates for this master's degree Chinese scholarship with outstanding extracurricular and academic achievements are warmly invited. Crucially, there are no limitations on previous research paths for recipients of the greatest scholarships, both domestic and foreign. Any student who has a strong interest in China's multidisciplinary studies is welcome to apply for a grant from the Yenching Academy of Peking University.

Under the Peking University scholarship, students can study in China for free from all over the world. The fact that 80 percent of pupils at Yenching Academy are foreigners makes this clear. Of these, roughly 30–35% are from Europe, 25–30% are from the United States and Canada, and the remaining students are from the rest of the world. Because of this, the Yenching fellowship gives students the opportunity to engage with students from different countries, broadening their perspective.

In addition to providing the scholar with a comprehensive understanding of Chinese studies and culture, the Yenching Academy of Peking University fellowship allows scholars to customize their research areas to suit their own interests. To facilitate this process, the academy offers six research areas: economics and management, history and archeology, philosophy and religion, politics and international relations, law and society, and literature and culture.

Yenching Academy Scholarship 2025:

The entire cost of tuition is covered by this fellowship.

Accommodations will be provided for the fellows at the Yenching Academy. They will be assigned a two-bed suite with a common bathroom for two people of the same gender.

There will be health insurance for the fellow.

A stipend will be provided each month.

There will be one round-trip travel allowance provided.

Qualifications for the 2025 Yenching Academy Scholarship:

The applicants must be enrolled in an accredited program or hold a minimum of a bachelor's degree.

The candidate must be between the ages of 23 and 28.

By August 31, 2024, the student must have finished their graduation.

The pupil needs to have a stellar academic history.

The applicant needs to provide verifiable proof and demonstrate fluency in English.

The master's student needs to be able to live in Beijing for the duration of the program.

The ability to remain in Beijing for the whole two years is a requirement for pupils from Mainland China. With their advisors' consent, international students may, nevertheless, resume these from home.

The Yenching Academy Peking Scholarship 2025 Application Process

Applicants must use the admissions portal to submit their applications.

It is mandatory for the candidates to register on the website.

The only English Proficiency Certificates accepted by the Yenching Academy of Peking University are those that are provided to the academy directly by the institution. Consequently, the candidates are required to choose "Yenching Academy of Peking University" as the scorecard receiver.
