Job Duties   

• In carrying out the responsibilities of the Company/Shift Commander, he or she will be required to assign the staff members to their designated locations while adhering to the deployment plan, the current circumstances, the employees' level of attentiveness, and any directives from their CSO

• He/she will be in charge of using all available resources to protect the airport's perimeter, buildings and installations, passengers, baggage, and aircraft from any potential threats from terrorism, sabotage, and piracy.

• He or she will plan visits and inspections of all stations, locations, and individuals. They will also make sure that all security protocols are followed and that all employees who are on duty are vigilant.

• To ensure that there is no room for error in the security setup, he or she will organize at least two surprise tests to ensure that the strategy is workable.

Qualification/Experience  a second-class or grade-C master's or bachelor's degrees (16 years) or an equivalent credential from a university accepted by HEC.

PHYSICAL STANDARD OF FITNESS:

• Minimum Height: For male 5 ?-6 ? / 168 cm and for females 5 ?-2 / 157 cm.

• Minimum Weight: For males, 106 lbs. or 48.1 kg, & for females, 45 lbs. or 99.2 lbs.

• Minimum Chest Measurement: For males, 32 ??? / 83 cm, Expanded 34 ??? or 88 cm.
